Standard Policies

• Payments are due prior to services. We accept cash, Square Cash or checks.

• Prices are an estimate based on one pet within our areas of operation. Additional pets and travel time may increase pricing. Contact us for specific pricing.

• Last-minute cancellations (fewer than 24 hours) or appointment no-shows will be charged in full.

• Pet care services are not designed for dogs that display aggressive behaviors, including biting or nipping of any kind, or territorial aggression. Please see our behavioral services for correcting these behaviors.

COVID Policy Additions

• Services will take place outside whenever possible.

• Masks are required during sessions indoors or when it is not possible to maintain 6 ft of distance.
